LHM is an Italian and independent Hotel Management Company, providing his clients (Hotel Owners, Developers and clearly Guests) a professional support and care in Hotel Management of Hotels, Resort and Mixed-use Developments and additionally providing Consultancy for start-ups.

The Company was created in 2004 as a spin-off of an Italian Real Estate Company and after four years of operation has finalized a development agreement with Wyndham Group Intl (the biggest Hotel Group in the world, with more than 7.500 hotels and 12 brands: Wyndham Grand, Ramada, Days Inn, Tryp Hotels, Super 8, RCI Network, …) to develop and open Wyndham hotels in key Italian destinations, allowing Italian developers to count on special assistance and special conditions for fees.

Moreover, LHM cooperates and has relations with the most important international Hotel Chains: Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Starwood, … Following its international drive and in aim to serve our clients also abroad LHM is partner with Sophos SA, a Hotel Management Swiss Company active in Europe (Svizzera, Belgio, Francia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Slovenia …) and Turkey; Sophos is advisor to Credit Suisse and UBS and rely on LHM for the Italian Market Expertise and Management.

A unique aspect of our Company is the long-term know-how in managing mixed-use Hotels, being LHM the most reliable and recognized partner in Italy for Condo-Hotels / Mixe used Hotels. These properties combine rooms with apartments sold with the formula of “vacation ownership”: LHM delivers service excellence and a fixed income to the buyer of the apartments and supports the Owner in achieving a faster return of his investment.


Cristina Paini is CEO and Owner of LHM Hotel Management Company since March 2012.

After beginning her career as a Management Consultant to companies such as Chicco Artsana, Banca Agricola Mantovana Bank Group (during the merger with MPS), Verona Fiere, DHL, Enichem, Lycos, Regione Lombardia, etc., she began looking at the Hotel Industry by joining a Real Estate Group based in Brescia.

Cristina was the CEO of the property management company of Taini Group –an Italian Real Estate Company- from 2004, managing upscale hotels and mixed use hotels combining rooms and apartments and developing a unique expertise also in Condohotels.

After opening three Hotels and signing a master Franchise Agreement with Wyndham Hotel Group International (the biggest Hotel Franchising Group in the world, with more than 7.500 hotels and 12 brands: Wyndham Grand, Ramada, Days Inn, Tryp Hotels, Super 8, RCI Network), Cristina decided to set up a Hotel Management Company, focused on domestic market. The company has managed Ramada Lake Garda, has just concluded the agreement for the start-up and pre-opening of Hilton Garden Inn Milan North and is presently managing Ramada Plaza Milano, with a few new project on the pipeline.

For the past 11 years Cristina has een focusing on developing a new Hotel Management format in Hotel Industry in Italy, cooperating with all major international Hotel Brands and capitalizing on the experience of Hotels and CondoHotels, advisoring Hotel owners.

Cristina graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Parma and received the Certificate in Executive Education from Columbia University Business School in New York.

At Cornell University she also achieved a Certificate in Fundamentals of the Hotel Investment and Financing Decision.
