Every hotel is different. It has a history, an architecture, an audience and, above all, it belongs to a place. So we don't work with ready-made formats. We imagine bespoke projects, built around the character of each property and the territory around it.
The starting point is always the hotel: its positioning, its spaces, the people who fill it and the ones we want to draw in. From there a concept takes shape, one that translates the hotel's identity through cuisine, design, service and atmosphere.
Restaurants, bars and convivial spaces become part of the hotel's story, yet with a life and an identity of their own, speaking not only to our guests, but to the city and the local community.
Our hotel experience lets us hold two views at once, creative and managerial: from the concept to the menu, from the layout of the spaces to the operating model, all the way to its economic sustainability.
Our aim is not to repeat a format, but to design a new project every time.

Business model

As a white-label company, LHM takes a multi-brand approach, building partnerships with leading international groups through franchise agreements. This lets us combine the strength of global brands — among them Marriott, Wyndham, Hilton and IHG — with a service designed around each market. Our work rests on three principles : operational excellence, shared growth, and strategic adaptability — solutions tailored to each property, uniting global standards with the uniqueness of the Italian territory.

Growth & development

LHM focuses on metropolitan destinations with both business and leisure appeal — Rome, Milan, Venice, Florence, Bologna, Naples, Verona — as well as secondary locations with potential. We don't pursue greenfield projects, but existing properties in central positions, to be reimagined as boutique and lifestyle hotels in the luxury and upper-upscale segments. In the coming years we aim to grow the portfolio with new openings in Rome, Milan, Venice and north-eastern Italy.
